What does ‘electrostatic disinfection’ mean?
How does it differ from traditional cleaning methods i.e. spray-and-wipe method?
In most cases, a spray-and-wipe technique can move bacteria from one surface to another. Cross contamination can be considerably reduced due to the touchless effect of electrostatic disinfection.

Our EPA-approved solutions have been tested to continue to work up to four (4) weeks after application. It continues to clean the environment you work and live in by removing harmful Volatile Organic (VOCs) in the air.
BEFORE THE SERVICE
Do surfaces need to be pre-cleaned before applying the disinfectant?
Since the electrostatic spraying method is a method of applying disinfectant and is not typically paired with a method of removing soils from surface, any surfaces that are believed to be previously soiled should be wiped and/or pre-cleaned.
Do I need to remove anything from my cupboards or move any furniture?
We recommend putting away paper documents, along with anything else you don’t want sprayed before the scheduled service. Other than that, there is no need to remove any items from within your cupboards during standard treatments. There is also no need to move or re-arrange any furniture.
Do I need to leave my home during the service?
No, you do not need to leave your home during the service. Disinfection will be done per area, after which it may be re-occupied again after 10 minutes post-disinfection.
How long will the service take?
The duration of the service is dependent on the size of your home or workspace. For a typical condominium with an average size of 50 sqm, the entire disinfection process may take 30 to 45 minutes.
Is it safe to use on/around electronics?
Electrostatic disinfection can be safely performed around electronics such as laptops, monitors and keyboards as long as it is not applied directly at close range.
Is it safe for the person applying it?
It is safe for the person applying and all people present during the service. Masks and protective gear are not required, but may be used especially in medical settings where certain protective gear is required.
Can I just choose a specific area to disinfect or does it need to be the entire home / workspace?
You may choose to disinfect only a specific area. However, due to the probability of cross contamination between areas inside the house and/or workspace, it is strongly recommended to disinfect the entire area to maximize its benefits.
AFTER THE SERVICE
Can electrostatic disinfection replace my usual day-to-day cleaning?
Electrostatic disinfection is not a replacement to your regularly scheduled cleaning. But it is a great addition that guarantees that all surfaces, even small areas or upholstered surfaces that can’t get wiped down, are disinfected.
